Description: Spent three days hiking and camping in rainy conditions. I also built another bush chair similar to the bench at my lean-to shelter, had some decent meals in the woods and ate at the shelter. Mainly i just wanted to relax, practice some bushcraft, and make sure i could relocate this newer site.Thinking about building another shelter in this area. Possibly a Wikiup?
Afterthought: You know, it kind of sucks camping in the rain but it sure beats sitting inside worrying about life’s frustrations. Shredding some logs to build a shelter or fire is non-comparable when faced with hardships. I recommend this hobby over all other forms of escape. What a great way to realize what your really made of when your on your own, in the middle of nowhere, with no “help” in sight.
