Camp Cooking | Green Chili Breakfast Bowls

While at Padre Island, Texas we made amazing Green Chili breakfast bowls. They are really supper simple to make and so delicious. You need to plan to make these on your next camping trip, or at home on a cold winter day. Below we have the recipe for the green chili.

Green Chili
11/2 Cups Roast Hatch Chili’s (You can usually find these in the freezer section)
1 Onion
2 Cups Dices Tomatoes
32 oz Chicken or Veggie Stock
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Chili Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in a large stock pan and simmer for at least one hour. That’s all super easy and yummy.
